Weekend Bowls Results

No teams at home this week meant for some challenging away games in the rain.

In the Premier 7’s the Division 3 team traveled just up the road to our neighbors Manly. We were unsuccessful losing 2 rinks to 1. The pairs were successful on they day. Thank you to Manly for your hospitality.

Division 5 was away to Jindalee and were also unsuccessful losing 2 rinks to 1. Again the pairs were the successful team here. Thank you to Jindalee for your hospitality.

The Summer Shield team played their last game for the competition against Wellington Point and were unsuccessful going down 3 rinks to 1 with an overall score of 84-70. Thank you to Wellington Point for your hospitality and that ends our campaign in this competition for 2019.

Club Championship singles games were played with the rain holding off today. The winners were B. Cathro, I. Redford and R. Hug. Nominations for the B Singles and Triples close Sunday the 24th.
