Weekend Bowls Results

This weekend welcomed the first rounds of the Q7 and Summer Shield Competitions with Wynnum entering two teams in each.

Division 3 in the Q7’s played on at home on Sunday morning against our neighbors Manly. With a rink to each it came down to Wynnum’s last bowl which came agonizingly close but not close enough and Wynnum went down 2 rinks to 1. Thank you to Manly for their visit, we hope you enjoyed the morning.

Division 4 in the Q7’s were also at home against Coorparoo and came away with a good 2 rink to 1 win. Thank you to Coorparoo for your visit.

Summer Shield C2 were at home to Manly on Saturday afternoon with Wynnum coming away with a 3 rink to 1 win. Thanks again to Manly for your visit to Wynnum.
