Weekend Bowls Results

In the Bayside competition Wynnum “A” hosted Victoria Point “A” with the visitors coming away with a narrow 6 points to 4 win. It was a 2 rink all draw with the difference being the overall points which Victoria Point won 87 – 76. Thank you for your visit to Wynnum Victoria Point.

The Bayside “B” team were away to Victoria Point “B” and were able to come away with a 6 points to 4 win. Wynnum won 3 rinks to 1 however Victoria Point came away as overall score winners 96 – 86. Thank you to Victoria Point for your hospitality.

In the Club Championships it was a big day of triples. The skips R. Muir, N. Lynam, L. Harris and J. Licastro and their respective teams all had wins on the day.

Nominations for the the handicap pairs and handicap singles are open and will close on Sunday the 16th of June. This weekend also sees the final round of the Bayside Challenge. Finals will be the following weekend.
