AGENDA
- Reading the notice convening the meeting.
- Confirming the minutes of the previous annual general meeting held on 16 February 2020 and minutes of special general meetings held including on 22 November 2020.
- Consideration and adoption of the annual report.
- Presentation of the balance sheet and financial statements and consideration and adoption thereof.
- Election of a Patron.
- Election of council and delegate to District Bowls Association.
- Appointment of Hon. Solicitor and Auditor.
- Determine amounts to be granted as honoraria if any.
- Consideration of Notices of Motion.
- To transact any general business that may be brought forward in accordance with the rules of the club.
