Available is our function room or outdoor BBQ area. Choose from our dedicated catering team’s menu which can be found below or we can tailor a package to suit your needs. You can also utilize our BBQ facilities in the outdoor area.
We have 3 pristine greens available for barefoot bowls which can be booked from 9am to 9pm so please feel free to contact us today to discuss your next function!
Pricing
Refundable security deposit of $200.00 required for all function bookings.

Function Room / Hall Hire
- Function Room Hire – $200
Barefoot Bowls (2 hour blocks unless otherwise specified)
- $6 per person which includes bowls hire and lesson (please confirm at time of booking of lesson is required)

Terms and Conditions
Booking Cancellations – 100% security deposit refund available upon at least 30 days’ notice prior to your event. 50% refund available 14 days prior to your event.
Cleaning Costs – Any additional cleaning costs carried out by our cleaners will be charged at $25 per hour which will be deducted from your security deposit.
BBQ Use – BBQ must be cleaned after use and left in the same condition prior to use (cleaning equipment provided). Failure to do so will result in a 1-hour cleaning fee charge.
Damages / Breakages – Any damage or excess breakages of glassware / equipment will be deducted from the security deposit.
Payment – Hire costs can be made by cash or EFTPOS at the club.
Minimum Spend – Wynnum Bowls Club does not have a minimum spend for functions.
Licensing – Wynnum Bowls Club is a licensed venue. Drinks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic, cannot be brought onto the club’s premises.
Risk and Indemnity
Hirer accepts risk
The Hirer hires the Club and uses the Club’s premises at their own risk.
The Club does not warrant that the Club’s premises are free from defects or are suitable for the intended purpose of the Hirer.
Release
To the extent permitted by law, the Hirer releases the Club and its representatives from any claims arising out of the Hirer’s use of the Club’s premises.
To the extent permitted by law, the Club and its representatives will not be liable to the Hirer for damages arising out of the Hirer’s use of the Club’s premises.
Indemnity
The Hirer indemnifies the Club and its representatives against all liability arising from any act or omission of the Hirer or of any person for whose conduct the Hirer is liable.
In these terms, the words “Club” and “Hirer” encompass representatives and the word “representatives” means an employee, agent, officer, director, contractor, subcontractor or other authorised person or company.
