Fire Relief Fundraiser Recap
Sunday The Wynnum Bowls Club was host for an amazing Fire Relief Fundraiser.
Headed up by Alpha Delta Cappa (A.D.K – a woman’s teacher group) and with great assistance from Jeannies (a local group of friends who raise funds to help local charities) and also the Wynnum Ladies Bowls Club, we had over 150 people attend a morning of trivia and delicious sweets.
With 100% of funds raised going directly to the four charities below ~
Kangaroo Island Wildlife Park
Kangaloola Wildlife Shelter
C.W.A Cobargo Village
C.W.A Mallacoota
We are happy to announce that with the hard work done by everyone involved, a total of $5,600 was raised on the day!!
While the Wynnum Bowls Club was proud to play a small part in this day congratulations is certainly in order for the organizers of the event.
